   Identity & contact details you provide: name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and postal/pincode. KYC information required by law to buy digital gold: PAN (or Form 60) and, where applicable, your PAN-card image. Financial information: your bank account details for withdrawals, and your buy/sell/redeem transaction history. Technical information: device model, operating system, app version, IP address and app usage/diagnostic data used to keep the service secure and working.

   How We Use Your Information

   To create and secure your account and verify your mobile number by OTP; to complete KYC and meet our legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations; to execute your buy, sell, gift, redeem and withdrawal instructions and issue tax invoices; to process payments; to provide customer support; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with applicable law and regulatory requests.

   Sharing & Disclosure

   We share only what is necessary to run the service. With Augmont Gold For All, our digital-gold provider, which holds the physical 24K 999 metal in an insured vault under an independent trustee and processes trades on your behalf. With Cashfree, our payment gateway, to process your payments. With Firebase (Google) for secure OTP verification. With regulators, tax and law-enforcement authorities where required by law. We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties or use it for third-party advertising.

   All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to personal and KYC data is restricted to authorised personnel. Your physical metal is stored in an insured vault held by an independent trustee for your protection. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information.

   Data Retention

   We retain your account, KYC and transaction records for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering laws. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.

   You may review and update your profile details in the app at any time. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below. Any gold/silver in your account must be sold back at market price before an account is closed. Some information must be retained where the law requires it even after a deletion request.

   The platform is intended only for individuals aged 18 and over who can enter into a legally binding contract in India. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
